There are lots of programs for doing this (Garageband, SoundBooth, Peak,...) but none are really really easy to use. Maybe this one will be, and we will see another annoying flood of ringtones on web sites and usenet groups (If I hear one more jay-z or Taylor Swift ringtone, I will scream).

Gotta wonder how long before we hear the outcry from studios that are used to ppl paying for ringtones, even with the cheap iTunes method.

I use windows. Is there one for windows?
I've heard of this windows iPhone rintone maker http://ipod-tool.com/ipod-software/avcware-make-ringtones-for-iphone.html But I haven't tried it. Any ideas? Comment posted by:
