In a pair of announcements today, Pure revealed both a new Internet radio system and a new music streaming offering. The Sensia 200D Connect is a new touchscreen-based music streaming and radio streaming system, and it is compatible with Pure Stream, a new music and radio streaming method compatible with iOS and Android devices.

The Sensia 200D's 5.7-inch color touchscreen can display album artwork, weather reports, Twitter feeds, Facebook updates, and more, thanks to its Wi-Fi cnonection. It can stream Internet radio stations and on-demand programming from Pure Connect, and it can also record live Internet programming to a USB device. Users with Android and iOS devices can stream content wirelessly from their devices, and the Sensia 200D Connect comes with an optional battery pack allowing for greater portability. Pure Stream is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and is a free feature of Pure Connect Android and iPhone apps. Users can stream music stored on their personal devices or stored online to a Pure Stream compatible device. The feature is available now in the Pure Connect app in Google's Play Store and Apple's iTunes App Store. The Sensia 200D Connect is available in black and white color options, with more information on the device available at Pure's site. It retails for $449, and an optional rechargeable Pure F1 ChargePAK is available for $49.
