Best Buy cuts some iPad prices, offers $75 GC today only
Wednesday, November 21, 2012 @ 12:53pm

With Black Friday right around the corner, the US Best Buy website has cut the price on the now-discontinued third-generation iPad in 32GB and 64GB configurations by $50, plus the company is throwing in a free $75 Best Buy gift card. Act fast though, because this offer is available today only. The third-generation iPads were replaced last month by the fourth-generation full-size iPad, which offers up to twice the performance in both processing and graphics over the third-gen's A5X chip.

While the promotion overview page makes it appear as if these iPads are sold out, at present it appears that both the 64GB iPad in black (now priced at $650) and the 32GB iPad in white (now priced at $550) can be added to buyers' carts after clicking on the specific product page. Free shipping in the US is included with all of these, and should ship within 1-2 business days.

Only the 32GB and 64GB third-generation iPad models are eligible for the offer, and they are available in limited quantities. There is a limit of one per order.
