Apple has issued a minor update for its Find My iPhone app, adding driving directions to device locations. Several buttons, namely Play Sound, Lost Mode, and Erase iPhone, have also been removed from the map view and are now shown on the device info screen. An option for remotely wiping the device adds additional security for those afraid of having confidential data compromised.

The app's camera has also been redesigned, including an Instagram-themed shutter and shutter release button, a preview of the most recent photo, an optional grid guide for live photos, and both speed and reliability improvements. The Tilt-Shift feature has also been enhanced with a brand new algorithm that is said to increase both quality and accuracy.
