Briefly: TomTomTaxi iOS app, Traktor Kontrol S4 price drop

TomTom has released a new iPhone app that expands upon its taxi hailing service that was launched in Amsterdam back in September. The original service required passengers to hail a cab from a specific terminal, while the new iPhone app can be used to order a cab to any location. The TomTomTaxi app also features the ability to learn about the taxi drivers and even choose favorite drivers when they have a good experience. While the app is currently limited to iOS an Android version is currently in production, however no firm release date has been given.
Native Instruments drops price of Traktor Kontrol S4
Native Instruments has permanently dropped the price of its Traktor Kontrol S4 DJ system to $900. The price drop will be represented at all Native Instrument authorized resellers as well as through the NI Online Shop. The system combines a 4-deck hardware controller with the latest Traktor software featuring the companies Remix Deck technology.
