Briefly: DEVONthink gains syncing support, PowerSkin launch
Friday, March 1, 2013 @ 11:45am

DEVONtechnologies has released the latest version of its DEVONthink software, bringing full support for syncing via Dropbox, WebDAV. DEVONthink is an organization tool that was designed to mimic the functionality of a filing cabinet. In the v2.5 update syncing support has been introduced, giving users the ability to connect directly to other copies of DEVONthink across a local network or VPN, or to share "sync stores" through cloud storage services and mountable drives. Coworkers with access can connect to the same sync store with just a few clicks, download databases, work even offline with the data, and synchronize all local or remote changes at the press of a button or even automatically.
