Briefly: Real Racing 3 adds muscle cars, SurfacePad for MBP refreshed

Real Racing 3, EA's mobile racing title, has been expanded with a collection of V8 muscles cars in its latest update. All of the new cars from Dodge and Shelby, including the 1969 Dodge Charger RT and 1971 Dodge Challenger RT, feature improved visual physics with "realistic pitch and bodyroll." The update also offers better cameras that are said to enhance the sense of speed and motion, difficulty tuning options, and additional social networking. Real Racing 3 is a free download in the App Store.



Improved SurfacePad for MacBook Pro now available Twelve South has refreshed its SurfacePad for MacBook Pro, offering users a leather wrist rest for both 13- and 15-inch devices (excluding Retina models). The SurfacePad rests below the keyboard and provides a soft surface to rest one's wrists while typing. It also provides protection against scratches that can be caused by metal watches or bracelets. SurfacePad for MacBook Pro sells for $30 and is available in Jet Black and Pop Red finishes.
