This small application is a very simple reminder program. Days To Go allows you to keep track of the days until a particular event. It can also be used to count the days since an event occurred, as far back as the year 1904.
Entries can be set as recurring, such as birthdays or anniversaries, or they can even be set to recur monthly, which is great for things like paying bills. They can also be set to automatically be deleted once the date has past, which is useful for occurrences such as dentist appointments or other one-time events.
When you set a date, you also enter three separate messages. These messages are shown before the event occurs, on the day the event occurs, and after the event occurs. The appropriate message will be displayed on the screen at startup, as your extensions load. You can even set where on the screen this message will be displayed. There is plenty of time to notice and remember what you need to do that day.
Days To Go is an application/extension combination that can help you to remember the important things you need to do in the future. At $10, it's reasonably priced for anyone who can expect good usage out of it.
