Pros: click-free scrolling, command-click "grab" scrolling
Cons: click-free scrolling takes some getting used to, command-click "grab" scrolling is included in Mac OS 8.5

Scrollability is a control panel that makes scrolling through windows a little quicker, and perhaps a little more fun. Once installed, all you have to do in order to scroll in the Finder or any application is move the mouse to the top or bottom of the window. Without pressing the mouse button, the contents of the window will scroll up or down. No more searching for the scrolling arrows in a window -- just get close to the top or bottom of the window, no matter how wide. However, finding that place in the window where simply moving the mouse becomes a more efficent way of scrolling takes some practice.

Scrollability also adds another method of scrolling similar to the Quark Xpress-like grabber hand. Just Command+click (you can customize this) and the cursor turns into a hand that "grabs" the window. Then simply move the mouse up or down to scroll.

Scrollability (formerly ScrollMagick) is one of those little utilities you'll either love or hate. Although Mac OS 8.5 users will be quick to point out that command-click "scroll dragging" is built-in, Scrollability remains a convenient utility for users who aren't upgrading or who desire another way to scroll.   -GB
